Deadlift Form Check 1x5 154lbs Very well made.
DL with weightlifting shoes r weightlifting Very well made.
75kgs Deadlift. Just started strength training 3 months back.I m 5 8 and 85kgs as of now. Any advice to improve my form Am I rounding my back too much Very well made.
Deadlift Form check. 255 lbs x 5. I know my 5th rep my back was curved a lot. But are the first four reps okay or is there still too much curve on them Very well made.
